OSINT, or open-source intelligence, is intelligence built from publicly and commercially available information: corporate and court records, social media, breach data, geolocation and adtech data, and the historical record. Our analysts connect these sources through social network analysis to identify people, entities and relationships that a basic search would miss.

A background check confirms basic records. Our due diligence goes further, to the standard used for White House, National Security Council and Senate-confirmed appointee vetting. We build social network analysis around a subject's identifiers, breach data and the historical record, mapping the people, entities and accounts they connect to. That surfaces beneficial ownership, litigation, sanctions exposure, undisclosed affiliations, and reputational, financial and associational risk. We also file public records and FOIA requests to dig into reputational issues at the local, state and federal level.

Often, yes. Our threat hunting work attributes and profiles threat actors, maps their infrastructure and networks, and links accounts to the people or organizations behind them, combining technical signals with human-source-style analysis.

Yes. We run investigations for private businesses and law firms ranging from $5M to $5B+, including pre-transaction counterparty reviews, M&A and investor diligence, litigation support research, and insider and fraud investigations.

Signature reduction lowers the technical and open-source footprint of operators, executives and business travelers, especially before they go abroad. It spans the OSINT and RF spectrums, from data-broker, social-media, geolocation and adtech exposure to device and network emissions, so the person is harder to find, profile and exploit.

Most engagements start with a confidential 30-minute scoping call, and we can sign an NDA before it. We then propose either a fractional monthly retainer or a fixed-scope project with a defined timeline and deliverable.

Yes. We collect only from lawful open sources and handle all client information on a need-to-know basis. We regularly obtain technical legal opinions on our collection methods. On the military and operational side, we worked closely with Judge Advocate General (JAG) counsel on complex, classified legal opinions. Secure communication channels are available on request.
